Yes, though it can vary widely. Occasionally it may be as little as 4-6 weeks until your program launches, rarely it has been as high as 6-8 months. Average time spent on the waiting list is 2-4 months. We understand that waiting is difficult when you're excited for transformation, however, we are dedicated to providing each patient with the full investigative experience that each individual deserves, and this commitment to deeply comprehensive care limits the number of simultaneous patients we can support through this particular program. We promise the wait is worth it!

Each FSA and/or HSA company has different reimbursement qualification parameters. No guarantees can be made, however, it is our experience that clinician-delivered testing and consultation services are typically approved without hassle or problem. We recommend verifying with your individual FSA/HSA company prior to engaging our services as we will be unable to provide a refund should any part of your provided program prove non-reimbursable. Copies of your paid invoices can be submitted as receipts to your FSA/HSA company.

The New You Program is not covered by insurance. But it is our hope that as the culture of medical care evolves to embrace functional medicine, health insurance coverage for these types of tests and services will become standard.

A $2000 deposit is required to secure your spot on the waiting list. At the commencement of your program, you can choose to pay the remaining balance of your program up front or you can select a 6-month installment option for a small additional fee.

Absolutely! And you will enjoy a $500 discount off the combined cost of both programs when you select this option. The DNA Deep Dive panels are ENORMOUS, such that when the programs are combined, we can subtract the cost of the DNA set which otherwise is included with the New You Program because the larger DNA panels already include similar information (along with much, much more!).
